Near metro and 2 affordable grocery shops (Continente, minipreco). Good breakfast and they open slightly early than 0730-1000 so if you have early trips that helps! Lots of pastry choices. Excellent transport links, breakfast has excellent variety. Rooms have beautiful decor and excellent amenities, a safe, kettle and a fridge which I didnt expect. Lots of eateries (especially Indian/Nepalise, yum) and shops nearby. Only criticism is the area can be a bit sketchy especially the southern end of the street but it's v good value for money.

Wonderful clean hotel with a superb breakfast with incredible pastel de note and fresh fruits and so many foods. The air conditioning was tricky to get working but worked well once we asked for help. Very clean and great staff! It is so close to Tram 28 also!!!
