If you want some seclusion away from the world then book the owners suite. It has its own balcony with tall plants surrounding.. unfortunately I would rather look at the nightlife and bustle of the old quarter, so I could have saved some money and got a front balcony- let me be clear, that’s my fault! Not the hotels!! But I thought I would share to give a perspective that the best room in the house is not always the most desirable On-site massage was good, expensive, but a nice experience. It was our first time visiting Hanoi Vietnam in December 2024. Based on the travel blogs, it is highly recommended to stay at the Old Quarter to feel the real Hanoi. The hotel is strategically located in the city center and you can walk to all the tourist spots. The hotel staff can speak good English and are very friendly and accommodating.

The staff made you feel welcome from the minute you entered the hotel, until you left. The facilities and the location are everything you could want from your stay in Hanoi. The sraff were very attentive from before your arrival, checking to see if required pick-up from the airport.
