Not a good experience
The bed I stayed in the first night did not have clean sheets nor were the pillow covers clean. I placed my overcloth over the pillow. The hot water geyser was leaking and there was no hot water. The door kept getting jammed and I found it very difficult to open and close the doors. Also, a maintenance guy kept asking me for my remote control for the room next door. I refused. When I arrived it was after a very long journey and I was too exhausted to deal with changing rooms.
Alas, the next day when I was due to leave I could not as my visa was not ready, that's when I asked for a different room. I was given the room next door which was basic but clean and everything functioned. or so I thought! I checked the sheets and the pillow cover and they were used by the previous person! So i asked for clean sheets. When the guy came to put the sheets they nearly all had old stains from blood. Which i realised they could not do anything about - so i put up with blood stained sheets. The duvet cover was taken off and they did not have a spare so i waited until evening for the cover... although i also had to remind them again as they forgot. Also, the towel was very damp from the previous use and not clean. i asked for another towel and was told it would be sent up in 5 minutes - it took 2 hours and i had to remind them.
The guy on reception was too busy playing video games everytime i asked for help and i felt i was a nuisance.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
