This small, family run guest house has 9 rooms and is located 25 mins walk from the Duomo. Brand spanking new renovation and lovely super clean and comfy rooms. The property contacted me early to online check in and order my breakfast. This is from a menu where selections are made and it is then delivered to your room. The staff were very pleasant and I really enjoyed my stay. It's on the first floor of a typical Milanese 5 story block with entrance courtyard and parking at the back. Easy to access with door codes and keys and easy check out. The bathroom is large and well appointed. A fridge and tea/coffee making facilities finished it off beautifully. Good price, lovely neighbourhood close to the main metro, bus and tram system as well as walkable. Top spot!

I was there in late August and it was very warm in Milan. The room was stifling when I arrived bec it takes a key in the electrical slot to turn on the electricity, and while the AC was slow in cooling it down, it maintained a comfortable temp. WiFi was good. I streamed some Netflix and held a Zoom. Shower was good. The area was very quiet but it was obvious many shops and stores were closed for August. But there were still a good number of options. After choosing items day prior, The breakfast was delivered to the room at the specified time.

Even though they closed reception early, they sent clear access instructions & answered questions promptly. - would have appreciated more than 1 white card as half of our party went out for dinner & half stayed in so those in had no lights or air conditioning while those at dinner were out (white card also accesses facilities & room as well as room lights & air conditioning). Overall was more than satisfactory & was VERY happy air conditioning was available!!

Neat, convenient and comfortable
We book this place last minute and it turns out to be a great choice. The check in time is flexible and the front desk is really nice and friendly. Their room is clean and neat and even comes with breakfast in bed (which b&b actually have that nowadays)! Overall, this is a great place to stay in Milan and we definitely recommend this place!

Ugly room, pictures don’t match.
Pictures absolutely DO NOT match the property. That is irresponsible and unacceptable. The room looks terrible irl, run down, I’ve lived in 10€ hostels that looked better than this. Complicated check in process, rude property management who refused to even acknowledge that the pictures were different. They are delusional. Breakfast was very also poor. Avoid this place.

La atención del personal fue excelente, puntual y muy amable. El desayuno a la habitación es muy rico, confortable y se agradece que si el hotel no tiene restaurante lo resuelvan de esta manera en favor del huésped. Secondo me il rapporto qualità prezzo è inadeguato. La struttura , a primo piano di un palazzo primo novecento, è relativamente nuova. Penso circa 3 anni. Non c'è nulla di veramente sbagliato. Ma a quel prezzo preferisco sempre un albergo , magari 3 stelle, con altri servizi e la possibilità di fare colazione liberamente e non con le quantità già decise dalla sera prima e da consumare in camera. Onestamente, non ci tornerò.
