Nice for vacation stays
Had a nice time in Amsterdam. Location is a short walk to the ferry over to Amsterdam Centraal, though not much to do immediately around the hotel itself. Amenities were very nice, like having a whole apartment. Only downside is that our pull out sleeper was broken so two of us had to sleep at an angle. There were no other rooms available at the time of our stay so unfortunately we had to deal. It was really a great stay other than this mishap. I would say better for smaller groups rather than our foursome. Very clean, self service restocks on basics, washers and lockers were a plus.

Great family weekend stay
We had a great stay at the Amsterdam Bob W. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, using the great WhatsApp messaging service. We requested refills of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and the housekeeping was excellent in getting them to us. The only constructive feedback I would give is that the mattress is very firm. The studio is perfectly equipped and minimalistic.

My friends and I all really enjoyed our stay with Bob. Highly recommend!! Will definitely be coming back. Communication was excellent, the room had everything we needed (and more!) and the area was quite close to a grocery shop, the metro and different cafes/restaurants.

Lots of issues
The property is not well managed. There is nobody on site. I could not open the front door at first, thankfully somebody was just leaving the building. The room was ok but the window would not close properly. I knew many people who also stayed there and there was some or other issue in each room and the communication was only via WhatsApp chat bot

Nice apartment and facilities
Nice apartment with great facilitate. Communication with “Bob” was nice, quick and informative. I was traveling for business purposes and for this, were the location okay. I am not sure if this would be my “go-to” location if I we traveling as tourist to Amsterdam.

This hotel is a complete scam! They provided me with a code to access both the hotel and my room. My two children and I arrived late at night to find the hotel under construction and eerily abandoned, which terrified my children. The room I entered using their code was filthy, and essential items like toilet paper and towels were missing. I had to secure the door, and while my children slept, I found another hotel and moved there first thing in the morning. When I sent a complaint email, they dismissed me by claiming I had entered the wrong room (which wasn't the case, as the code worked for both the main door and the room) and suggested I go to a different floor (despite the entire building being deserted). Avoid this place at all costs!

Agréable séjour chez Bob !
Nous avons choisi cet appart hotel pour le rapport prix / parking disponible (en supp et sécurisé) / emplacement (pas trop loin et transports en communs) / cuisine. Il a tout à fait répondu à nos criteres. L'appartement est moderne (un peu trop meme :)) et bien équipé. Il est à quelques minutes des transports en commun pour rejoindre le centre. Location de velos possibles sur place

Fijn studio appartement, met keuken. locatie niet heel handig voor toeristen. Ver van centrum af. Voor zakelijk verblijf in noord helemasl prima. Let op dat je voor je verblijf het hotel moet contacten om het hotel binnen te kunnen ivm geen receptie.
