Terrible experience
When I arrived at the hotel, the young man working at the counter said can I have your identification and credit card? I had already paid online so I assume that he wanted my credit card for incidentals. He Ran the full amount plus $50 more than what I paid already. when I told him about it, He said oh no this is the only payment that we have so I had to show him on my banking app that I was charged twice. I called Hotels.com to get a refund for the payment that I already paid them and what happened was they sent over a prepaid payment and he was trying to run the payment plus the incidental fee at once so it kept getting denied. Anyhow, Hotels.com reimburse me for the one night. When I got in the room and turned the light on a cockroach ran across the floor! The hotel was dirty. The water barely came out of the faucet. and the shower The water did not drain. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back to that hotel again.
