I like that the property was actually clean and the staff were understanding and accommodating. I like that they had professionalism and were willing to assist you when you needed it and not nosy or patronizing. They had a good and proper gym as well. Overall very satisfied with the stay. When checking in, I requested for a park view room and the front desk staff was very helpful in upgrading me to the executive floor. Overall the room and the property as a whole was good despite the fact that the whole floor has a heavy smoking smell.
