Nice Hotel with Lovely Views & Staff
Had a really lovely stay at the Arrayanes Plays Hotel. The room was great with a really comfortable bed. The balcony provided a beautiful view across the bay with amazing sunrises. The pool was a good size with great views too. The staff were very friendly & helpful throughout my stsy

Mercedes and her husband are the most lovely people I ever meet in my life ❤️they both made me and my husband to feel super welcome and feel like home . They are super sweet and kind. 2nd stay at this hotel. Bedrooms a little dated, although comfortable and clean. Wonderful staff and great bar/restaurant. Large terrace + outdoor dining area with pizza oven to side of hotel. Indoor bar and dining area too. Enjoyed sea view room with balcony.

Mercedes the lady on reception was very helpful, the hotel is very clean but needs updating which looks like it is in progress with some skips outside, Our biggest disappointment was we hoping to relax by the swimming pool but the hotel does not have any sunbeds or chairs to sit on so what's the point of swimming pool?

The staff were kind. The hotel was in a beautiful spot and the balcony was nice. The Hotels.com description said parking was available — this was a bit unclear.. Turns out that the available parking was 3 spots out front (not designated for the hotel). We found a public parking garage about 1/2 mile away (wish that we had known ahead of time ). Also Hotels.com stated that this hotel had laundry facilities (which we were counting on). This hotel DOES NOT have laundry facilities. We needed to walk about 30 minutes to find a laundromat. Lastly, we were unable to get a hot shower, the water was tepid, barely warm

Tout d'abord lors de l'accueil il n'y avait personne un papier était mis pour appeler un numéro mais ça ne répondait pas, pareil pour le check out. L'arrivée est marqué à 14h et en récupérant les clés à 15h nous avons eu une chambre pas encore nettoyée. De plus l'état de la chambre en lui même laissé à désirer. Le personnel n'était aussi pas très sympathique et n'a fait aucun effort
