Front desk very professional.
Front desk is very friendly. There is room for improvement regarding the noise from outside the room and next room being too disturbingly audible. Free parking is very convenient.

Anniversary Trip
We enjoyed our stay completely. The rooms are very clean and well stocked with toiletries. The location is perfect, you can get to all parts of the boardwalk within minutes. The only thing we could have asked for would have been breakfast options, but they no longer offer this. But with the amount of amazing places to eat within sight of the hotel, you will not struggle to find excellent options. We highly recommend staying here and will be back when we return to Virginia Beach.

Great off season getaway
Great getaway for my partner and I. Was an ocean view room as requested and a higher floor as requested. Was really close to Chix restaurant and enjoyed the placement on Atlantic on the boardwalk. Easy check in and out process. Had to ask for additional towels and a blanket, but they were delivered right away. Parking wasn’t on premise, but only 1/2 a block away and was free.
From our balcony, the other two as well.

Hotel clerk wanted to cancel my reservation
Well I've never really been a booked I've booked one hotel that was off the oceanfront and I knew it was off the oceanfront this when I booked for aqua Vista I was assuming that it was ocean front and it ended up being poolside and the clerk switched me but charged me $46 and told me that it would be $46 fee to switch to ocean front and a $30 to check in early which was a total of 79 additional dollars for the stay that was only $76 so I am asking for a refund because he was not polite and he wanted to cancel my reservation because of his shrewdness over the amount that I was having to pay over

Updated but not very clean…
The older jndian man that worked at the front desk made the stay worth it! He was so very polite!! Kids loved it, great area for walking, hotel room was updated, it just wasn’t the cleanest.. the bathroom had a weird stale poop/pee smell that didn’t go away for the week we were there.. My kids found a brown lump of what could only be poop in the corner behind our toilet. An air freshener was shoved into it but it DID NOT help.. the cable and internet didn’t work well at all.. good for the price though, as long as they clean better.. the only elevator was also VERY slow…
