The staff was terrific; property nice and room/balcony overlooking the lake nice. The indoor spa area was relaxing and unique. Breakfast was a great start to each of the four days we were there. A very special hotel!!
What an excellent hotel!!! The service 1st class and the facilities to die for. The staff could not do enough for you especially the concierge and the bar and restaurant staff. I ate in the fish restaurant and the Michelin star one and they were both amazing!! This hotel is special and I will be returning again and again

Beautiful Older Hotel in Beautiful Lake Garda
This is a very special older hotel. The outside grounds are incredablely beautiful and the hotel is situated right on Lake Garda. Although well maintaned, there are some limitations such as regulation of room temperature. It was almost November when we were there, but it was still very warm and it was very difficult to get a room that was not too hot for us. This could have been a result of an older system and the air conditioning had been turned off for the session.
