The Hotel weak WiFi and phone line coverage meant my wife and I had to cut short our stay as we couldn’t not work from the hotel, which is the reason why we chose it, as it was part of our work holiday. The rest of the hotel was fine but as we were not able to enjoy our stay, this left us a bitter experience.

Short family stay
It was very clean and like new, and the room service was great. But there was a refrigerator in the room that was not working purposely, as they said it could only be used for a cooler. There was no ice, and you can’t drink the tap water, they wanted you to buy your drinking water! Insane! Also, there was no parking, and we had to park 2 miles away from the hotel to find street parking. The beach is very nice, and more quiet then the southern part, the water is prettier also. I wouldn’t stay again, Too much of a hassle with kids.

Property is dated but clean. Very sparse in decor, no pictures on the wall. The location is good and convenient to the beach. We purchased the Full Board option but the food was pretty gross and the fact you have assigned times to eat felt very limiting. It wasn't ideal to plan our day around when we could eat. We ended up not eating there but there is an excellent restaurant just steps away. Overall, I'd give the property a 3.5 out of 5. Staff weren't very friendly or helpful. I don't think we'd return b/c it is was very loud with music going well into the night.

El hotel 4 estrellas simple, hecho para grupos de incersos y familias. No apto para los que busquen tranquilidad y relax. Preciosas vistas directas al mar, si escoges la habitación con vistas. Dejando de lado el establecimiento, el personal flojo, empezando por el departamento de reservas y atención al cliente. Había especificado tener unas extras a mi llegada, informé tanto al departamento de reservas como recepción y me informaron que ya lo habían anotado. Hotel muy grande, balcón con vistas al mar, aparcamiento, bufet variado, varias piscinas, zona de juegos para los niños, espectáculos durante el día y parte de la noche, cocktail de bienvenida y muy cerca de la playa

tienen que mejorar el tema baño: esa bañera........esa cortinilla............. en un hotel 4 estrellas ya no se puede admitir esto. Controlar el tema piscina, es imposible, tiene que colarse gente de fuera, no hay control

¡Volveremos!
Ha sido la tercera vez que nos alojábamos aquí y no será la última. A destacar la cantidad de actividades de ocio que proponen (especialmente, para lxs peques) y el trato perfecto que tuvieron con una intolerancia alimentaria. ¡Gracias! Por poner un pero, quizás podrían pensar en invertir en renovar el gimnasio, pero aún así es un lujo contar con él y el horario de acceso al mismo es muy amplio.
