Excellent value in the heart of Lisbon.
Beautiful and roomy apartment with huge windows. Spotlessly clean and the contactless entry system is easy to manage. Location could not be better. Walking distance to everything you want to see. Lovely cafes restaurants and shops all in the same block. A pleasant surprise in every way. Will be back.

The check in process was fairly complicated. It is not clear why they have the electronic check in since they have a person in the reception area during the day time hours. The property was located in a nice area of town with eating areas and grocery stores which was nice. The room was set up so you could have a small living room like place and the kitchenette colocated. The shower was nice and the water hot. The mattress was too firm for me. Marcia was extremely helpful to us getting checked in.

Beds were very uncomfortable, no door knob in bathroom for a family that’s just no good. Service came and interrupted to take pictures of missing door knob but it remained missing the entire stay. Check in was confusing, locker space for luggage is minimal.

That's not a balcony, and the 'city view' was of the internal building columns. But everything else about this stay was great. Immaculately clean and well maintained, great shower, lots of space. Great location at the top of the upper town. Highly recommended.

Complicated checkin and misleading photos
The check-in was made complicated since it required the use of your mobile telephone and the Internet connection. Unfortunately, there was very poor mobile cell phone signals in the reception only edge. This made check-in very difficult. I was encouraged to connect to the hotels free Wi-Fi but I refuse this since I want to use a VPN server for Internet security. It was not possible to connect up the VPN server because the cell phone signal was so poor. The room was marketed as a room with a terrace and were pictures of terraces with nice view over the barrio alto. Our room was a bunker on the ground floor without any windows only a door that could be open into a depressing concrete slab with four stories concrete walls going straight up completely useless. If you want to enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the Barry Alto this place is definitely not it and I feel a little cheated about the whole thing.

It was in a nice area in the neighborhood; near restaurants and some bars but still quiet. It was also near a laundromat which was a plus to us. It was clean and there’s A/C and elevator (for those who had a long walking days lol) I’d stay here again next time we’re in Lisbon. It’s near a bus stop and not far from one of the trams since it’s a walk uphill from the Metro station of Restadoures
