Nice hotel located closed to a casino with free parking and breakfast while check in was cumbersome because they have in record that was one room instead of two this was solved after talking with management later one of the rooms have water loss in the bathroom and need to move to another one.

Super limpias las habitaciones. Muy buen precio. Buena atención de los recepcionistas y las personas del spa. Principalmente destaco a Alicia. En cuanto al desayuno un poco desorganizado. Te hacen hacer cola para que te sirvan y la espera se hace larga. El desayuno es continental no americano. Pero le doy buena calificación. Volvería. Las habitaciones son cómodas. Sólo que no sé si es mala información de hoteles.com pero las habitaciones standard son de 27 metros y yo había reservado de 45 metros según la descripción de hoteles.com

Week at Epic La Punta
We spent a week at the Epic while visiting family in San Luis. Room was comfortable, and the breakfast quite good. Service was very attentive. Will stay here again in future trips and would recommend without hesitation.

Por el diseño del hotel da la impresion que lo importante para ellos es el hipodromo y el casino, en el hotel la atencion no es muy buena y los servicios de alimentacion, spa y otros no son bien atendidos.
