Staff are very friendly, we had a warm welcome. Hotel is located in a good area with a lot of tourism attractions and historical places with a walking distance. Lots of food and restaurants and shoppings around. It's a small hotel with small rooms, a room just for sleeping and not much free space but clean room and bathroom. 24/7 available staff. we are happy with our stay.

The biggest pluses of this location are the proximity to many of the tourist attractions and transport (the Galatea tram is at the end of the street), and the friendliness of the owners, who are very pleasant to deal with (though need translation to communicate). Excellent hotel, the staff were friendly and extremely attentive . The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Fresh linen was provided daily. The lobby is a lovely spot to sit and watch the world go by whilst being afforded free drinks and pastries. It is very close to all the main tourist attractions. As a disabled traveller it was welcome that there is only one step to the lobby and a lift to the rooms. They arranged the airport shuttle for me. All in all, a very well run, clean and friendly hotel. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend staying at Iris Han Hotel especially if your visiting Istanbul for the the 1st time. The location is excellent for walking to the major sightseeing sites in Sultanahmet and you can also walk to Eminonu where you can access all the ferry ports. The tram lines are also a few minutes walk away. The hotel is small but very welcoming and clean we enjoyed our 5night stay here, and the staff are just expectional. Ali and Melek in particular have been so helpful, always on hand for advise and advising us of the best ways to get around and always greeted warmly with a smile. Thank you 😊

The room is very clean, the staff was so kind especially Ali, he was very helpful orienting us on how to move thru the city, he was the only one who speaks English. Very close to the tram service. The only complaint I have was that the air conditioner was too hot and they told us that they adjust the temperature according to the outside temperature, but in the room was so hot The second one was that there is not enough cold water in the bathroom to adjust the temperature of the water accordingly, water was too hot . Otherwise, the rest was very good.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Good but busy location to major tourist sites and public transport. I was sick during my stay and didn't get my room cleaned every day but did at least every second day. I got a few marks on my sheets from eating in bed. After a few days the stains were still there. Five days later when I ckecked out, the sheets still hadn't been changed. The cleaners didn't replace coffee pods unless i asked. Also they were very noisy.

Jättetrevliga personal. Det är en familjeägt hotel och personalen är väldigt hjälpsamma och bra. Städningen var bra och det fanns alltid vatten, te, kaffe och Simit tillgängliga för hotellgästerna. Vi fick hjälp med att diska vår barnsflaskor i hotellets kök och vi fick en spjälsäng till rummet. Personalen var ärliga med vilka restauranger vi ska gå till och hur vi tar oss runt i staden. Vi önskade bara att det fanns frukost på hotellet.
