Love our stay at Ruby Bea! Terrific from start to end, greeted by the nicest front desk staff, beautiful hotel, great and comfortable room, and loved the breakfast spread each morning! Well located walking distance near NYU Florence and its off-campus dorms, as well as Ponte Vecchio/Uffizi Gallery areas. Would stay here again!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room is clean, AC works perfect, soundproofing is wonderful. It's a kind of a self service hotel for the other stuff (i.e. no room service, no laundry service.. etc) but the staff at the front desk and bar are super friendly and fun! And hanging out by the bar feels just like home, plus it's open 24/7.

Our stay at Ruby Bea was phenomenal. Staff were super friendly, approachable and helpful. We loved everything about the hotel and its location.
