Overall, this hotel is definitely worth staying in, and I would come back again. We were there as part of a large group of 14 young professionals and we were all happy with the hotel. Food, service, cleanliness and facilities were all good. If skiing, the ski room is easily accessible from the street and the hotel and is secure, but the hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from the Penkenbahn lift. The pool and spa are excellent, clean and well maintained. The only shame is that you can't enjoy a beer or champagne in the hot tub or pool, although other guests were flouting that rule, so you may choose to take your chances.
Drinks are generally reasonably priced and the hotel service was good.
The two negatives are the evening pianist who plays the same songs every night, and the volume from the street outside if you have a room facing out to the front of the hotel. All night until around 0300 revellers shout and sing, and from 0500 the bins collection starts, meaning that you get 2 hours of decent sleep. I highly recommend speaking to the hotel and ensuring you get a room that is at the back of the hotel.
Finally, worth bringing your own toiletries as whilst soap is in dispensers, there is nothing else provided.
