Had a great stay, great location, breakfast was ok. Quiet hotel. Friendly reception and breakfast staff. Everything is walkable and nearby. The only issue I had was on checking out, there was a hotel driver when asked if he was going to station he said no he was going to a shop, so I had to walk 11minutes to station with my luggage, when I reach 8minutes into my walk he was indeed parked by a shop…this upset me as it would have been nice to get a drop close to station as hotel did advise free shuttle service to and from station

We loved our stay at Hotel Bristol. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adorable and had a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. Everything is within walking distance but you can easily get a cab or bus. The morning we left, the hotel had a complimentary cab for us! We would stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent Hotel in Zermatt
We had a lovely stay here! Very convenient location, especially if you want to view the Matterhorn 😎 The staff are nice & the breakfast is very delicious (among all the numerous choices, the breads are really the best! We love it so much~!) The free shuttle service is convenient too! Hope we can stay here again very soon!
