Very good room. Clean and good standard. Super new resort with golf course, spa and pool area. The breakfast was really nice but the meze restaurant was not up to the standards of the hotel.

Ok hotel, no access to spa

The ”& Spa” is a bit of a scam. Apparently the spa area is so small that you have to book well in advance. I booked the hotel for one night for the sole reason to be able to use the spa on arrival. We came on a beginning of December Sunday afternoon with nearly nobody at the hotel, but still got the news that we could not use the spa as it was ”fully booked for the whole evening”.

Very nice modern hotel, Ithought the breakfast price was very expensive fir what was available and should have been included in the room price as eveything was self service . We payed for a suite overlooking the golf course which we got ,but there was a overgrown scrub area in front of the balcony which obscured the view when sat down which was strange

Fint hotell og område nær Montpellier

Veldig fint hotell på alle måter. Forbedringspotensiale når det kommer til info. Fant ingen info om åpningstider på f.eks bassengområdet. Noen ganger var baren åpen andre ikke.Bodde i leilighet og fikk ikke info om at rengjøring var 1 gang pr ukesopphold. Det er sånn sett greit, men når bestilte rengjøring så ble det glemt utført. Ble ordnet på kvelden, men det ble kun nye håndklær og sengklær. Totalt sett fint opphold og hyggelig personale. Bor gjerne her igjen:-)

Excellent

Hôtel très agréable, propre avec des prestations haut de gamme. Le lit était très confortable, aucun bruit la nuit. L’espace spa/bien-être très bien pensé et très élégant. Le design de cet hôtel est très épuré et élégant. Le seul petit hic serait niveau restaurant. Les tables de 2 sont beaucoup trop rapprochés, ça ressemble a un bistro. En tout, à l'occasion quand nous allons revenir dans la région, nous allons réserver dans le même hôtel.

Un séjour en amoureux merveilleux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, toutes les finitions sont parfaitement propres. Les gens sont gentils accueillant tout fonctionne parfaitement. La salle de sport est mieux équipée que certaines salle de sport de ville. Le spa est vraiment superbe, je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Bilan mitigé

Bel hôtel qui offre un environnement agréable entre golf et ville. La première mauvaise surprise a été que l'accès au spa est payante ET limitée : 15€ l'heure pour les clients séjournant à l'hôtel. Je travaille dans l'hôtellerie depuis 15 ans et cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas vu ce système, surtout pour des clients séjournant + de 3 nuits, ce n'est pas très commerçant. Nous arrivons au Spa et ni le hammam ni le jacuzzi dans la piscine ne fonctionnaient....donc on doit payer une prestation supplémentaire mais nous n'avons que la moitié du service ? Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. Nous n'y sommes allés qu'une seule fois et j'ai fait l'impasse sur les soins que je souhaitais réserver. J'ai commandé un room service pour un déjeuner et on m'a ajouté une portion de frites et de salade supplémentaires que je n'avais pas commandé, j'ai pourtant précisé à mon interlocuteur que c'était pour une seule personne ! on me l'a ensuite ajouté sur la note finale... Je viens souvent à Montpellier, c'est dommage. Une politique plus commerçante serait appréciable afin de fidéliser la clientèle et éviter les appréciations en demi teinte comme la mienne.
