Disappointed
Starting off, the front desk service was lacking. The hotel seemed busy and there was only person manning the front desk at every point in time. It took over 20 minutes to be seen and the check in was constantly interrupted by the clerk answering the phones. The hotel was dirty and the cleaning staff was loud early in the morning, playing loud music on their phones in the hallways. The hot breakfasts were undercooked and one person was available to keep up with restocking the food. For the price of the stay, the hotel was subpar.

We booked this hotel for one of the reasons being they had a hot tub. The staff did not have the hot tub on so when we went down it was freezing cold water, then it would take 30-45 minutes to get it hot. We didnt have time to wait. Suggestion: Keep your hot tub on staff!

We stayed here during the softball tournament. Property was clean it is dated the room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was very nice. The only problem I had was breakfast was from 630 to 930 and it was very limited during that whole time.

Best place if you have a boat!!
This place was perfect for our trip. We were fishing the High School Bass tourney. Parking was awesome. Room was clean. Wish we stayed for the entire weekend but had to move to a hotel with horrible parking that was farther from the ramp. I will be back here. Thank you.

This hotel is an absolute gemstone in the midst of Leesburg. The property itself is so beautiful, with a gorgeous art installation above the dining area so it feels as in you’re under water looking up at beautiful like pads and coral. The staff is so kind and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable. The hot tub was not hot though, although the pool area was very clean and nice looking. Breakfast foods were delicious and varied- a Belgian waffle maker! Also, a fancy little coffee machine that made delicious cappuccino and lattes. There is a wonderful restaurant walking distance (practically in the parking lot) called Ramshackles which has the most delicious and understands menu items (get the steak Chimi- you won’t be disappointed) and the friendliest staff. Highly recommend this hotel for your family visit, I know mine loved it!
