Exceptional and kind owner and staff. They were good listeners, informative about area and safety, engaging, and caring. Americans and Europeans should learn more about cultural and living standards before going so as not to be shocked by room layouts and bathroom designs and bed placement as well as lack of face cloths. Also, lack of screened windows. Refrigeration prep and ice buildup are concerns. I was very pleased with the flexibility of owner and staff. They all showed concern and looked after my travel companion and me. I loved the location and access to a myriad of transportation, recreation, culture, cafes, shopping, entertainment, educational sources and resources. Overall, my stay was magnificent!
