The place of hotel is not appropriate, I saw two rooms and both are having smoking with bad smell. All over the dust in room as well, when I asked for another room they said they are full and they denied for refund money. We had to checked out at midnight and stayed at lemon tree. I do not recommend this hotel.

No one in hotel staff is there to take care for you, Room price maximum should be 1500 Per Day, Highly Overcharged, Worst Service, Unprofessional Reception Staff. Room Condition is pathetic.

Room service was terrible. My wife and daughter stayed there for 2 nights. They have not changed the towels and refill the coffee/tea/sugar for the 2nd day. Very poor room service. Somehow I had good image of the Ginger group that has completely changed.

Food, service, housekeeping, and room maintenance were good but can be improved. The cleanliness of the common areas was good. Almirah and the area around the fridge had too much dust. It can be improved. Intercom didn't work properly. Even after fixing it, there was too much static noise so couldn’t hear anything.
