Great apartment in a good location - close to station on train line to airport. Only criticism would be check in process which feels very over engineered. Everything done through a Web page which wouldn't load when I came to access the apartment the first time. It got sorted quickly but was inconvenient. Would be much simpler to collect all required data and payments ahead of stay and then just provide the PIN to access the building and apartment.

What a great place!! Stayed in penthouse apartment which was over 2 levels for 4 nights.. 5 minutes walk from metro station that has direct trains to and from airport. A lot of restaurants around local area but we tended to walk along pedestrianised Ermou for about 15 minutes to touristy area with a bit more buzz to eat. Check in was easy with code for door and apartment was very clean with it being serviced daily. Hot tub was great to use at end of day watching the sunset after walking 20 odd thousand steps. I can't recommend this accommodation enough.

I had an amazing stay at Vision Gazi. The room was modern, spacious and immaculate. Any queries were answered very quickly. Very close to metro and a 10min walk to Monastiraki Square. A mini market and bakery just down the street was very handy. I would definitely recommend Vision Gazi!

To call this a diamond in the rough does not do it justice. Let's call it a quiet jewel in the heart of Athens. The location is close enough to everything without the hustle and bustle of center of town. The facility is great, comfortable and perfect to for a getaway. The food in the area is great. Plenty of great cafes within 1.5km. I highly recommend Thissio View. The views of the Acropolis are amazing, especially at night. Also, don't forget about the hot tub on the terrace. it was great for relaxing after walking Athens all day. The host were communicative and always willing to help out.

The accommodation is really good and excellent value for money. However the administration/management processes were poor. Despite being told i would receive an email with an access code, this did not arrive. Both telephone numbers i had for reception would not work. Another guest let us inside the building where we could call reception but the room nimber and entry code they gave us were wrong. Eventually we found the housekeeper who called reception for us and we gained access. The accommodation was great and only half an hour's walk from the Acropolis. Air conditioning and other guest noise in the stairwells/lifts was disturbing. Would recommend ear plugs. Reception did manage to book us a cab to the airport for a 4am start, which we were grateful for.

The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Despite not having a staffed front desk, communication with hotel staff was easy, with prompt responses via the What’s App. There were very helpful with every request or question. The hotel is in more of a working class area and can be noisy at night, particularly on weekends. There are some wonderful dining options close by, but not as many as in the more touristy areas. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I’d recommend it to others. Thanks

The hotel is very new, clean and very good facilities! Only comment is that on maps the location is wrong. Best to put the exact street and not the name of the hotel, as it points to a different location 800 meters off!

Upon arriving at the building we had concerns about the location. The neighbourhood does not feel safe. Though the building itself felt secure enough. We were a bit disappointed to find that this place is not a hotel at all, in fact there is no reception and check in is done via text message with the owner who requested my email address in order to send me a payment link for the mandatory city tax in advance of our stay. This was only 2 euros but the whole process and communication felt convoluted and wrong. Armed with the PIN number which is the same for both the main entrance to the building as well as the room/apartment, we were able to access the place without any issues. The apartment itself was fairly modern and had a good range of amenities (fridge, microwave, two large screen TVs, Nespesso machine, etc): no complaints there. The bedding was unfortunately stained and quite disgusting which was unpleasant. Though the bed itself was comfortable and large. The AC and WiFi worked well and we were comfortable overall. All in all the apartment was good but let down by poor bedding cleanliness and the location of the building was in an unpleasant part of the city so I probably wouldn't stay again.
