The facility was very clean and smelled so good. The service was great. Only negative about this place is they don’t actually have continental breakfast other than some prepackaged muffins and granola bars. But that’s so minor.

The room was clean, comfortable and had a full size kitchen. No daily housekeeping but I was only there for two nights. The room had plenty of bath towels. Room did not have a hair dryer or in room safe. The property was clean and quiet at night.

Spent 2 nights here...they say breakfast is included but the breakfast is only packaged muffins and a nutrigrain bar. The floors have no sound proofing so you can hear every neighbor--above you and next to you. Only stay here if you enjoy not sleeping. Felt unsafe because side doors to the hotel were left open during the day and night and anyone could walk in. Elevators didnt require a keycard so anyone could have gone up.

People above us were incredibly loud all night. I complain twice about it. They were stomping and being so loud I couldn’t sleep. They offer “breakfast” but it was just cereal bars and packets or grits and oatmeal and coffee. Not impressed. When booking with Hotel it said that this location had a pool, it did not. My child was disappointed. Staff was friendly! The amenities, well lack there of, were just not what I expected based on the booking information.

My stay was great, but the elevators didn’t work and I was there for work. I worked night shift and I was near the exit door. The slamming of the door from people coming and exiting were an issue for me to sleep most days.

Kaitlyn was welcoming and took extra steps to make it a wonderful place to stay over night or two weeks. . Cute rooms with everything to stay several days. I appreciates that they were housing storm victims. Food and drinks were available for those in need. I would definitely return!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. The only issue we had was the fact that the walls are so thin we could hear so much, even with loud sound machines on at night. We had issues both nights with loud noises in the middle of the night above us. So loud, and continuous, that we were awakened. One night we went to the front desk and, as as staff member was about to go upstairs to see what it was, it stopped. I would never stay at this hotel again unless I was planning to NOT sleep a full night. Unfortunately, this is not the fault of the staff, who were friendly and helpful.

Didn't like how they did breakfast, as compared to Holiday Inn or Choice Hotels or others, Extended Stay was far inferior as to food, beverages, ambiance, everything. Also, if you are staying there for an extended time, you need cleaning and linen change more than every two weeks. I will not stay there again.

The property is well maintained and appears very safe and there was plenty of parking available. The rooms are very clean and functional, nothing fancy but they had everthing you needed, with microwave, refrig, and stove top. The breakfast, as advertised was minimal with only, pakaged boiled eggs, fruit bars, mufifns and yougart. There was not any orange juice.

I checked in and then they proceeded to tell me there was no water, a pitta John in the parking lot and a shower five minutes up the road at a FEMA facility. Had they told me there was no water I would not have checked in.

I had to search to find a fairly priced room. Due to Helene it was slim pickings obviously. I searched for about an hour. No mention of no water by ANYONE until I arrived. It is now obviously after i left a review yesterday. Grab and go breakfast is a joke. 4 muffins and a couple of boiled cold eggs.in the little fridge. pinkings. T
