The hotel was clean and in a convenient location. We were hoping to have access to more restaurant options and self-serve laundry facilities. The person who was attending the front desk the evening and following morning (Feb 13-14) was very helpful.

Nice place but know before you go
This is a very nice, quiet boutique type hotel located off the main grid. The actual rooms are located on the second floor but, be advised that there is no elevator or on duty bellman so be prepared. The gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to help with the luggage. It’s definitely a no frills stay but serves its purpose. I would come back to stay again.

Just had a overnight stay for pre cruise. The hotel kept in touch with us due to late arrival. First impression in the dark not good but the reception and receptionist were very welcoming. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Only drawback was no lift but the receptionist did offer help carrying the suitcases.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast. Ample room amenities. Clean. No elevator but the person who checked me in carried my heavy bag upstairs for me and didn't expect a tip. Concierge held my bags while I walked around.
