The hotel is almost attached tot he JR station, so it is very convenient. The staff are very helpful and kind. There are many things to do in the area, a lot associated with the virees of Mr. Fuji, which can be spectacular.

Convenient location as it was right next to the JR Shizuoka station; also right next to shopping mall and restaurants. Room was spacious for a single room with a large desk and enough room to lay your luggage without it being in the way. Bed and pillows were comfortable; room was clean. Air conditioner worked well. We asked the hotel to store food in the freezer. We wrote the characters in Japanese on a big note. The next day, we discovered the food was kept in the refrigerator (not freezer). We’ve done this a dozen times but I guess the front desk either didn’t have a freezer and didn’t bother to tell us or couldn’t read Japanese.,
