Santa Clarita Hotel Accommodation

"On our first night there, water was shut down for repair from 10P to 6P. Hotel provided each room with bottles of water for sanitary. It also provided a bottle of hand sanitizer. All hotel guests can eat breakfast for free the next morning which we already had with our booking. Breakfast was good except for the part that if you want cook foods such as eggs etc … you have to pay extra which we were not informed at check in or we first entered the restaurant. Hotel location is super close to Universal Studio. Shuttles run every 15 mns. Only 1 minor note … parking fee is too high. "

"Over-all, for the type of hotel, it was pretty good. The rooms were clean, but could use some cozy updating. The shades were old and broken and it has a cold feeling. Nothing special about the rooms at all. And for these reasons, I felt it was over-priced for the quality. I could've gotten a better room somewhere else for the price I paid. However, it was a safe neighborhood and a conveniently located... near a lot of attractions, restaurants, stores within walking distance, etc.. The only real issue I had was the fact that when I booked it via Orbitz, I was quoted a cheaper price, but was charged a higher price and didn't know it until afterwards when I looked at the receipt, and they would not honor the price I thought aI was getting when I called. That was frustrating, but not the hotels fault."

"This is definitely a hidden gem! The customer service from the time we arrived to departure was hands down the best I have experienced. I travel a substantial amount, and have never been this impressed. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Well Done staff and management! "

"The room was immaculate and staff helpful and happy. There is no arcade on property as the listing suggests. The outdoor poor area and the back courtyard with coy pond are beautiful. There are cute little places throughout the hotel for photo ops! The bar/cafe has limited menu-card only, they do accept cash tips. Housekeeping will only clean your room if you ask. The food and coffee were delicious. Room service was delayed and our food was cold but they were very apologetic about the mix up. Great location and they do have a shuttle but we did not use it, we had a rental car and once you check in-you use your key card to get in and out of the parking garage and you are billed for parking after you check out. Overall a wonderful stay and we would totally stay there again whenever we are back in the area!!"

"Great stay. The welcome drink was very nice. The hallway smelled fresh and clean. Staff were wonderful. Close less than 10 minute walk to the free tram to Universal Studios. Definitely staying every year. "

"From the reception desk to the restaurant/bar we received to most amazing service. The rooms are large and the convenience of the convention center being attached to the hotel made our trip to The Hollywood Show simple. Great job! "
