Very good Dunedin Motel
Very pleasant and helpful staff .Spacious studio unit . Large TV with a good selection of channels .Short walk to the city centre .We have stayed here before and always been happy with a variety of types of accommodation .Would recommend it .

The accommodation is newly renovated and very tidy. Its comfortable and warm. The kitchen is well equipped and open plan to a large living room, separate from the bedroom and spacious bathroom. Located right on George St, the main street that goes to the centre of town, very walkable. The University is only a few blocks away as is the Polytechnic. The owners were welcoming and friendly both on arrival and departure. I will stay here on my next trip to Dunedin.

Great place - comfy
Fantastic service and very friendly. 3 bed apt was great and comfy. Only down side was water pressure in shower wasn’t great if someone else was using water but that’s been very pick. Enjoyed our stay with young family and will definitely be returning when we come back to Dunedin

Perfect for space and looks
Very spacious unit which has been recently been extensively renovated-brand new everything! Love the modern lounge suite which really works well in the space and the TV is huge! Love that it had Netflix.

Great Stay & Very Comfortable
We stayed in a one bedroom unit which must have recently been refurbished. It was clean and tidy and extremely comfortable, and the hosts were lovely and were always available to help.
