I am extremely disasspointed with the lack of professionalism, communication and hospitality from Luxury Residences Casa Calderon and Expedia.
We waited for multiple hours after multiple messages, voicemails to be able to get access code to use the room assigned for our accomodation. I was travelling with a 6 year old daughter and pregnant wife and despite us trying to highlight the need for prompt response; we were not accomodated until 6 pm in the evening. Even within Expedia customer care; they were not responsive. Its a pity that we are forced to use the AI Bot for customer support and cannnot access a "human" agent to address the customer needs. It takes multiple attempts and sometimes over 30 to 45 mins to access an agent.
