2/10 Poor

Worst hostel I have ever seen

We had booked for 2 nights. We have arrived by night with the family and at the reception they said the hotel was full !!! We sent a message 7 hours before our arrival but nobody read it or answered … We had to insist with the manager to solve the problem. He found a room in another hostel which was pretty clean and well managed. After one night in this hostel, finally we went to «  la colline ». They showed us a room very dirty … We get another one which was in bad state… Really disappointed . Family had to avoid this hostel .

8/10 Very good

The reception was a bit bitter. And about the property, I had the chance to talk with my tiny little friend the worms in the bathroom. But honestly the rest was okay.

8/10 Very good

Ils m'ont rendu plusieurs services sur demande. Par contre, le wifi est faible dans les chambres mais fort près de la réception.
