Really lovely accommodation. Very easy to find and signposted all the way from Canary Wharf tube station. The check in was seamless and the staff were very friendly. The lobby was very clean and smart and smelt gorgeous! The room itself was perfect for our overnight stay - very clean, comfy bed and a great kitchenette, which we didn’t need to use on this occasion. The shower was powerful, the toiletries smelt gorgeous and the towels were very soft. There are also plug sockets by the bed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely location, well equipped, and fabulous staff who went above & beyond. Issue with ventilation not turning off in room but staff sorted out a room swap to a better room (but was a bit of pain). The hotel is in a very practical position for underground, hotels and shops. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning. The outside temperature was a normal 26 degrees summer day but the room was really hot and it was difficult to sleep. The terrace on Level 2 was very good with free beverages for guests.
