Staff was great and breakfast was always amazing. Espresso machine available for fresh coffees and sparkling water on tap. Parking in back was also very convenient and so was laundry room was sooo great to have. A+++ on this gorgeous place. Highly recommend and already talking about coming back to stay here. Very clean place, easy check-in with instructions sent well in advance, convenient and beautiful location. Well maintained and good option for laundry. Parking was a bit tricky to find at first and in the dark, could use a bit more signage at the street to help with that but was not a problem and easy to get into once we found it.

Nice hotel, not quite as nice as expected

Lake view was disappointing. Obstructed from the pizzeria across the street, still beautiful but not quite what I was expecting. Check in was rough. I was unable to use my phone or the tablet in the lobby and had to call several times before reaching a person to help. Once we did, they were friendly and helpful. All staff we interacted with were very kind and the room was nice. Bed was stiff.

취리히 호텔이 너무 비싸서 바로 렌트카 빌려서 여기로 왔는데 너무 만족했어요. 호텔 앞 호수도 예쁘고 생긴지 얼마 안됐는지 무척 깨끗하고 시설도 좋습니다. 방 구조가 호스텔 같은 느낌이었는데 재밌기도 하고 가족들이랑 각자 침대사용하니 좋았어요. 아침도 간단하지만 딱 먹을 것만 있는 느낌입니다. 리기산 올라가는 알트고다우 역이 차로 5분 거리라 체크인하고 바로 가기 좋아요!

We were family of 5. There was a laundry included which was terrific! We did find the room hot as there aren’t any AC but was given a fan upon request. There were also mosquitos and bugs that bothered us ( we came down with rashes). The lady was v sweet and answered questions and helped out with stuff. There’s food service to purchase however some of the stuff was no listed on the app. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and got good tips from staff

Very clean, nice big rooms with comfortable beds. Super tea and coffee facilities 24 hours a day and very good breakfast. It was a bit warm in ground floor room next to the road, so was too noisy and insecure to open the windows. Expedia states that parking is included, (one of the reasons we selected this hotel) this is incorrect it is €20 a night. We had to contact the hotel to arrange this and spaces are very limited.

For the price I paid, this hotel felt very overpriced. There was no air-conditioner and not even a fan provided, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Since the hotel operates on a self-check-in concept without staff or a front desk, there was no one available to assist us in dealing with the heat. To make matters worse, the only window opened directly onto the street, which made it unsafe to leave open. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth the cost.
