A Perfect Family Getaway!

This hotel is ideal for families, especially if you have a pet! The room was spacious, clean, and impressive. The pools were crystal-clear, and the jacuzzi was fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the surrounding nature is stunning, with a scenic dam and beautiful hiking trails. We did one hike, and it was amazing! It’s a place we’ll definitely return to.

Great Place

We had a great time the only issue was the room was still not available at check in time, but they were able to move us to a similar room.

A wonderful Retreat

We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and the delightful Spa services. Especially appreciate the skill and discretion practiced by the Spa staff who respected our personal privacy while providing for our every need. The restaurant is top level! offering interesting and delicious cuisine, clearly prepared by a master chef.

Nice facility bad management

Food options are good, the kitchen did take a long time to get food out. Beds are fine. The main outside sitting area is totally taken up by the restaurant and our group had to scavenge chairs and bring our own to sit outside. Crazy for a hotel of this size.

There is so much potential for this hotel due to its beautiful setting and beautiful lodge great room and indoor pool room. The price was right for when I stayed as it is under going a lot of maintenance and construction. Positives were the front desk and spa employees as friendly and attentive. An amazing massage by Alison.

Older Springs Vibe, Family Friendly

We were disappointed there were no outdoor springs but the indoor were fine. Rooms were spacious and large outdoor balcony (with outdoor hottub instructions remaining on the wall which they didnt feel the need to remove lol.) A bit older, more run down in areas with things peeling off the walls but an affordable fun experience for my young kids. We enjoyed the cornhole outside. We wish there was more of a quickservice kid-friendly food option open after 1 (when the cafe closed,) but understand as it wasn't very busy. Staff all very friendly.

We recently stayed at Bonneville Hot Springs Resort and Spa, and it was a fantastic experience. The resort is a hidden gem, nestled in a beautiful area near the Columbia River Gorge. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The spa is a big plus, offering a wonderful way to unwind and relax. We also enjoyed the coffee shop, which served great coffee. What really stood out was how well the resort suits families with kids. Overall, everything about our stay was great, and we'd definitely consider staying here again.
