Love this place, easy check in and check out through codes. Comfortable beds too. Best feature is easy walk over the bridge to downtown Newburyport which is a quintessential New England town with great shops and restaurants. There’s also a restaurant in the nice weather however it wasn’t open yet. It doesn’t open until mid May..

Room was in order, plenty of towels, coffee, paper towels. There was no one around, we needed maintenance, and the guy was there is 10 minutes. Couldn't get the heat to work but we figured it out. Ants on the floor. Restaurant out of business. Was able to get a Lyft in 10 minutes. Nice location.

This was a great stay for the cost on a cold November weekend. Walking distance to town, food, and shopping. Quiet area, short drive to the beaches. Parking on the backside a little confusing as first, but manageable. Would stay here again, as long as the price is still around $125/night.

Could not get into our room, needed to call to get the code for the key box. The heat did not work initially, but it did eventually. The water was not hot in the shower and we had no TV, even though they said they tried to get somewhere there. The staff was great, but ultimately didn’t solve the TV problem. Not impressed.
