Rustige buurt, proper, supermarkten en busstation op 200m van de B&B. Wel redelijk wat lawaai in het gebouw en van de bovenburen op verdiep 2. Geen ontbijt kunnen nemen want moesten vroeg naar de luchthaven. B&B ligt buiten de ZTL area vh oude center. Maar weg naar de B&B, om de valiezen te droppen en daarna de auto in te leveren, liep toch langs digitale ZTL borden die op rood stonden. Was geen probleem volgens Fabio die herhaaldelijk zei dat dit slaat op de scudo verde en we nooit ih oude center gekomen zijn. We zien wel of er een boete van komt. Ik vrees van wel maar anderzijds veronderstel ik dat Fabio wel de situatie in Firenze door en door kent, wat voor toeristen echt onduidelijk is.

What a wonderful BnB. Walking distance to all important sightings! Coop supermarket close by. Wonderful coffee shops and amazing pizza at A’Puteca. The room very clean and quiet and small balcony. Also, really easy to communicate with the management. Would definitely come and stay again.

Although it’s advertised as a bed and breakfast we did not receive breakfast any of the days we stayed there - this might be because we left early in the mornings to start our days. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful and it felt very secure which we appreciated. It is located close to a train station so it’s convenient to get to, and it’s close walking distance to everything! The area around the property was also fairly quiet and very clean. The only complaint that I have is that there is no breakfast included (you have to pay 7.50 euro per person per day to get breakfast delivered if you want it). Not a big deal by any means, but with it being called a b and b, we thought it would have included something.

Very clean and well maintained. Abit far from the city center but still walkable and if you love to walk it will take you about 20 minutes to reach the center. The bus is just about 5 mins walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the caretaker is really nice and very helpful.

Helt nyoppusset leilighet. Rent, gode senger, 2 flatkjermer, 2 aircondition. Loftet med egen seng tv og ac, og skylight. Veldig rolig område med greie muligheter for parkering på gata (vi fikk en parkeringsskade av en ukjent italiener desverre..) grei adkomst fra hovedveg gjennom byen. Rolig gate med Conad supermarked 50 meter rundt hjørnet. Pizza takeaway hos Magdi anbefales, ellers flere restauranter nært. En liten halvtime å gå inn til domen og sentrum i Firenze. Enkel og grei checkin da vi kom seint, trivelig betjening. Anbefales absolutt!

La ubicación es muy buena pues cuenta con rutas cercanas que te llevan a los lugares por visitar. Fabio, muy amable y atento a lo que se requiera. Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación en un sector muy tranquilo y estratégico y, además, lo hermoso de la habitación. Ofrecen desayuno siempre y cuando se anticipe con tiempo. Muchas gracias Fabio. Very nice and clean B&B with friendly staff

I would definitely book this B&B again if I’m staying in Florence! The rooms we’re clean and the staff was super friendly and communicative. The only thing I would like is a place to store luggage after check out that is locked. We could leave our things in the lobby but since the other guests had access we felt a bit uneasy about leaving the things there unattended.
