Bu oteli kesinlikle önermiyorum, tek kelimeyle berbat bir deneyimdi. Farklı katlarda 3 oda tuttuk hepside berbattı. Odalar hem küçük hem de son derece pis. Odaya ilk giriş yaptığımızda içeride önceki müşteriden kalan pis havlular duruyordu. Odada ki 'temiz' havluların üzerinde saç kılları vardı. Banyo ayrı bir sorundu; duşta sürekli su birikiyor ve giderler tıkanıyordu. Ayrıca odadaki güvenlik kasası bozuktu ve kaldığımız kat komple rahatsız edici bir şekilde sigara kokuyordu. Tüm bu fiziksel sorunların üzerine personelin yaklaşımı da tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Tıkanan giderler yüzünden haklı olarak oda değişimi talep ettik. Eşyalarımızı taşımak için 15 dakikalık bir geçiş sürecine ihtiyacımız varken, personel 'müşteriler bekliyor' diyerek önce mevcut odayı tamamen boşaltmamızı şart koştu ve yeni odanın kartını vermemekte direndi. Hem hijyenden hem de temel müşteri memnuniyeti anlayışından tamamen yoksun bir işletme. Kesinlikle uzak durulmalı.

Great service from the team from the Concierge, Reception to the housekeeping team. Always on hand to assist you. Location was good, steps away from Masjid Al Nabawi. All in all a highly recommended hotel. Would be even better if they offered a few more room items like slippers and coffee but that's no big issue.
