Reasonably smart and very convenient hotel
Nice hotel room with a bed that was on the soft side but perfectly comfortable, and plenty of space in the room, which was a very good price. Parking is free and plentiful.

Property needs to be really updated. It feels like it’s been forgotten about and from the twilight zone. The staff are very helpful and friendly

Good experience, only issue was that the room was too hot as radiators stayed on even though on off position but otherwise good location.

Quiet and spacious
The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is pretty typical of these English country places. I had breakfast, which was good. I would stay here again. My satnav did take me to a neighbouring small business park - the hotel name differs to the one on this app - look for Warwickshire Park Hotel

This hotel no longer exists I got there and had no booking as it has new owners since Feb and a new name . The new staff had said hotels.com had not informed people that booked through them and apologised however it is not the new owners fault . My stay was 8-10th may and I am still waiting for a refund from hotels.com as I had to pay out unexpectedly to stay elsewhere . Don’t book hotels.com need to take this hotel off this site

Basic, underwhelming, would avoid
Hotel name and location given are inaccurate. Just shrug when you mention.
Seems like check in staff have no idea how to do anything - booking breakfast was hard work.
At bar, wait 15 minutes for anyone to turn up. then didnt know how to make an 'orange and lemonade' even though both bottles in fridge behind them.
breakfast ok - just help yourself to cooked items.
no tea at breakfast, although tea bags in the room (but no milk)
alarm at 2am, not fire alarm - but happened to all staying.
TV turned on by itself at 4am.
rooms super hot - could not turn down radiators. couldnt open window as over the car park.
overall would not stay again - Faulty Towers would be an improvement.
shattered after one night,

Tired hotel made me tired.
Got to the hotel (it’s confusingly called the Warwickshire Park Hotel, not the Dancenter Hotel in Hotels.com description), eventually as my satnav also got confused and took me to a business park about a half a mile away. Reception wasn’t manned so rang the bell and waited….rang the bell again….and waited…..rang again and waited….and again until after nearly ten minutes I got fed up and wandered to the bar to find the barman who unapologetically came to the front test to check me in. No lift but on the first floor so not much of a problem. Opened the door to the room and greeted by blast furnace temperature (well ok not quite but it was very, very warm), and the radiators had no way to switch off so was stuck with that as the windows only opened an inch or two. Uncomfortable night spent, although bed was ok, meaning I was awake by 1.30am and could not get back to sleep. Other mini gripes - plug was to big for the sink
plug hole, no bin in bathroom, no biscuits. Corridors also smelt of tobacco (or something worse) smoke, and the whole place generally looks tired. Close enough to the airport with a relatively easy drive although it was 4.30am so no traffic around.

I booked this hotel under the name “Dancenter Birmingham Airport Near NEC,” but when I arrived, the signage read “Warwickshire Park Hotel.” This was not mentioned in the listing, which made it extremely difficult to locate. I had to call the help number and figure out the address myself.
During check-in, several individuals entered reception and stood behind the front desk while I was being processed. They were not in uniform or introduced as staff. The receptionist seemed confused and inexperienced. I was uncomfortable with how the situation was handled, particularly as a solo traveller.
The room was on the ground floor and, upon arrival, I discovered that the door and windows did not lock. I documented this and left immediately.
I later found out the hotel is associated with OYO, although this was not clearly stated at the time of booking. The contact number I was initially given led to a third-party line, and I had to ask multiple times before receiving the correct hotel details.
The hotel does exist, but the way it is presented on Expedia was highly misleading, and the experience did not meet expected safety or booking standards.
