Quarto bem arrumado, equipe gentil e generosa, café da manhã muito bom o pessoal muito atencioso quanto o café. Só falhou um pouco na estrutura do hotel (janela sem fecho, chão quebrado) porém estão em reforma... Voltaríamos lá de novo? SIM!

Não condiz com o que mostra

Local não condiz com as fotos, totalmente diferente. Prédio em construção, dessa forma há muita poeira no local. As escadas estão sem revestimento e com degraus com alturas diferentes fazendo com que seja fácil tropeçar. Os containers (quartos) estão desnivelados então na porta do quarto também tem degrau. Banheiro muito pequeno com revestimentos bem antigos e empossa água próximo ao box. Wi-Fi não funciona. Fiação exposta em vários locais e andares. Poucas opções de café da manhã. Acredito muito que deveriam mostrar as fotos mais reais do local, fazendo assim com que a pessoa escolha por opção e não por achar que é algo que visivelmente não é. Mas o mais insustentável é o cheiro ruim de esgoto que estava no quarto.

O atendimento do pessoal é excelente, todos muito solícitos. No entanto, o local está em reforma e a estrutura é feita em contêineres, o que não fica claro nas imagens do anúncio. Precisei subir quatro lances de escada com mala pesada, o que foi bem desconfortável. O café da manhã é delicioso, mas durante os cinco dias que fiquei hospedado, não houve limpeza no quarto em nenhum momento. Apesar disso, a vista é espetacular. Seria importante atualizarem o anúncio com fotos mais realistas, pois a sensação é de ter sido enganado.
