My room looked a little jenky, but was somewhat clean. The staff were very nice, even though they seemed to not have a record of my reservation? The rooftop bar/restaurant was great and gave good and friendly service. Breakfast was tasty and quick!

Good rooftop pool and dining area, but unfortunately towel shortage even after asking twice, also charged 20mad per night per person rather than 9.90mad for tax. Also attempted to charge 10mad for photocopying id. It may be little but typical trying to scam people out off more money. Rooms were a little worse for wear, but acceptable. Oh and blocked sink too..

Nous avons effectué une réservation sur votre site et tout était confirmé pour notre arrivée le 30 juillet. À notre arrivée en soirée, nous avons constaté que l’hôtel était entièrement fermé. Nous n’avions reçu aucun e-mail, aucun SMS, ni aucune information nous indiquant que l’établissement était en travaux et donc inaccessible. Nous avons dû, dans l’urgence et à une heure tardive (vers 22 h), trouver un autre hôtel afin de pouvoir nous loger. Cette situation nous a causé un important stress ainsi que des frais imprévus. Nous trouvons cette situation totalement inadmissible. Nous demandons des explications ainsi qu’une solution concernant cette réservation et les désagréments subis.

Hôtel à fuir! Nous avons réservés une chambre (suite deluxe, balcon, vue piscine) pour 3 nuits. À notre arrivée, le réceptionniste était étonné de notre réservation. Il appelle un responsable alcoolisé. Au bout de 20 minutes, on nous donne enfin la carte de la chambre. On se dirige vers les ascenseurs et là, une odeur affreuse… mélange de cigarette, alcool, transpiration! Tout ça en découvrant qu’au -1 de l’hôtel se trouve une discothèque. Nous arrivons dans la chambre mais qui n’était pas du tout celle qu’on avait réservé. C’était la chambre « Triple confort, balcon, vue ville » dans un état ÉPOUVANTABLE! Draps du lit taché, poils et cheveux partout, mobilier délabrés, pas de lumière dans la salle de bain, pas de serviette, manque de pression d’eau… En redescendant à la réception, le responsable nous expliques que la chambre qu’on a loué n’est pas disponible car il y a eu une erreur sur le site de réservation et que c’est malheureusement la seule chambre qui reste. Nous exigeons le remboursement de notre séjour suite à l’état et ambiance générale de cette établissement puis surtout parce que notre réservation ne peux pas être abouti. Et là… ils ne peuvent soit disant pas nous rembourser parce que le paiement a été effectué sur « hôtel.com » !!! Finalité, il était impensable de rester dans cet établissement déplorable, médiocre et mal fréquenté (femmes prostituées, hommes alcoolisés) nous avons renoncés au remboursement… Hôtel à bannir!

Les commentaires sur cette hotel ne sont pas très bon mais rapport qualité prix il n y à rien à dire le personnel est au petit soins avec le sourire la chambre confortable une belle salle de bain il y aurait besoin d un bon rafraîchissement mais je crois que ces en cours le petit déjeuner est très correct le service agréable une très belle vue sur l avenue Mohamed v Hicham le bagagiste est au top l emplacement parfait un peu bruyant mais c est normal situé à un croisement important j y reviendrai avec plaisir
