My main issue with this hotel is that we asked to speak to the manager about an issue. The issue was not the fault of the hotel in any way but we were asking to see if a compromise could be made in a booking error. Again, it was not the hotel’s fault. However, when the manager did speak to us she chose to do so in front of several other guest. I feel this was highly inappropriate and embarrassing. We should have been spoken to privately. As for the hotel room, there was a red, raised stain on the carpet near the window. Also, I did not enjoy the see through shower in the middle of the room or the toilet cubicle, also in the middle of the room, that had no light. The breakfast was decent. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
