Konumu dolayısıyla tercih ettik ancak temizliği konusunda kesinlikle değişime gidilmeli. Havlular ve çarşaflarda lekeler vardı. Odaya konulan havlular nemliydi tuvalette ana sabunlukta sabun yoktu. Bizden önce konaklayan misafirler için ayrılan otel şampuanları duruyordu değişmemişti el yıkamak için onları kullandık. Konumu ve altında pastanesi olması nedeniyle en eksi yönü olan temizlik değişirse konaklama adına daha tercih edilen bir yer olabilir.

Butik yapısı sayesinde kalabalık personel kadrosuna ihtiyaç duymadan ev rahatlığında konaklıyorsunuz. Merkezi konumunun avantajı büyük olsa da, geceleri çarşı mekanlarından gelen müzik gürültüsü nedeniyle uyumakta çok zorlandık. Öncelikle odalarda netflix olması konaklamamızı daha güzel kıldı odalar yeterli ve güzeldi konaklamamızı olumsuz etkileyen 2şey oldu 1.si saat 11:30 gibi tesiste sıcak su yoktu duş alamadık 2. si ise C.O saati olmamasına ragmen temizlik personelinin kapıyı çalmadan hatta zorlayarak odaya girmeye çalışması oldu içeride olduğumuzu söylediğimizde temizlik personeli özür dilemek yerine kaçmayı seçti bu iki unsur dışında tesis gayet güzel konumu çok iyi ve girişte yardımcı olan Osman bey ilgili idi

Osman Bey çok ilgili ve işini düzgün yapan bir işletme sahibi. Henüz otele giriş yapmadan iletişime geçerek bizi bilgilendirdi ve otel ile otopark konumunu iletti. Vardığımızda ise odamız tertemiz ve kliması dahi önceden açılmış şekilde bizi bekliyordu. Otel konum itibariyle sessiz ama adım attığınızda da çarşıda olacağınız şekilde merkezi konumda. Otelin altında bulunan ve işletmeye ait Alaköy Pastanesi ise iyi ki kahvaltı seçeneği yok dedirtecek cinsten. Her gün taptaze ve lezzetli kurabiyeler, tatlı ve pastalar günün her saati atıştırmak istediğinizde elinizin altında. Kısacası ilk kez tatil için geldiğimiz Alaçatı'dan, Mediha Hanım Konağı sayesinde çok mutlu ve memnun ayrıldık. Bundan sonra her gelişimizde adresimiz belli olacak, şiddetle tavsiye edilir.
