Room definitely needs some addressing
It was not amazing. The phones in the room did not function so I had to go downstairs each time to address issues. Someone was supposed to come to check on the phones but never did. Also, the people in the room next to me were in the hallway screaming and swearing but I was unable to call security because of the phone issue. Finally, the room needs better weatherproofing. I have video of my door almost blowing open because of wind howling through the hallways and room.

Great place for a fun and romantic getaway
I read so many bad reviews of the Great Cedar Hotel that I almost didn’t book mine and my husband’s getaway there. I am sooo glad that I decided to take a chance!!! If you can, get the king suite because it’s so spacious and very nice with two window seats for a little extra special charm. The room was clean and very comfortable. It could be updated a little but it wasn’t like going back in time and there was nothing wrong with how the suite was set up. We would definitely stay there again!

Good time, good stay
King size bed suite was very spacious. Bathroom was amazing with jacuzzi tub, plus large walk in shower, his & her sinks and toilet room. Casino is huge. Plenty of dining choices from casual to upscale. We don’t gamble a lot, so took advantage of exploring many bars and restaurants and the shopping. Disappointed lack of live singers or bands for a holiday weekend. Outlets are great. Unlike other Tanger locations, it’s all indoors. More like a mall. First time here. Will definitely be back.

My stay was meh...
The room seemed a little outdated. Requested a king in non-smoking months before my stay. When I arrived, they only had king in smoking. Requested a room change, which I was told I could get, but I would need to come down to the front desk as early as possible (like 6 am). For the amount of money we paid, someone could have called us to tell us when the new room would be ready. Also, I reserved my room on hotels.com but when I arrived at the resort, the told me my room would be $50 more than quoted . The only good thing was that we didn't have to go outside at all (it was freezing!) Otherwise, I would have stayed at an area hotel.

Rooms smelled disgusting and service was horrible. Charged me twice for my room even though I explained 3 times that I already paid on expedia and the lady at checkin tried to tell me I only paid partial and at checkout was told they would call to sort it out with expedia. Overall bad experience. Oh and for $500… definitely not worth it!

I understand this is a casino. However, we had a room At the grand cedar hotel room five twelve, we checked in late like 11pm... We go to the room and we couldn't even sleep. Because the neighbors were so loud, screaming and laughing the entire night. They even woke us up as early as 7 AM. They were only quiet after I hit the wall . We had been up the entire night prior so yes, we needed to sleep. It is a hotel, it's not rompa Room. We tried to call the front desk. Not one person would answer any of the extensions.It was around midnight at this point. So basically we paid for a room that we never got to sleep in, never again!!!!
