I booked a stay via Hotels.com with check-in at 16:00 today. The property owner never responded, never appeared, and the accommodation was inaccessible. I was left stranded in the rain. This is not a cancellation but a failure to provide the service paid for. No-cancellation terms do not apply to non-rendered services. I request a full refund and written confirmation this is treated as a property no-show, otherwise I will pursue a chargeback for services not provided immediately. Thanks!
