Tired hotel in need of upgrading not 3* standard
Room was small considering it was Executive room the shower would not stay up and I am only 5ft tall had to keep pushing it up, the temperature control was jammed and hard to change. The door to shower room was dodgy I did not dare to shut door as feared I would get locked in as handle looked like it was going to fall off, the bed was a zipped bed not very comfortable as both sides were dipped fairly badly. The room furniture has seen better days bleach marks on soft furnishings, the black sides were showing wear & tear badly. The iPod player wires were badly worn, the pillow cases were torn towels had bad fraying & corners missing considering this is a 3 star hotel it was not very good rooms and for the price we paid as well. We did complain and was told will go look at it this was room 46 The service received In restaurant/bar was great though always friendly happy to help. The breakfast was ok not brilliant baked beans left sour taste in our mouths not Heinz or even close. The location was great just a shame they don’t keep up their standards.

Was ok
No drawer space. Room rather small and a set of drawers would have been more use than the table and chair.

Good spot for a short stay in Guernsey
Just stayed overnight between a trip to Sark and return flight to Leeds. Stayed in an upstairs room around the courtyard. Bedroom and related shower room was was of a good standard. Ate in the attached gastro pub. Menu a little limited but food was very enjoyable and of a good standard. Staff are welcoming and quite efficient. The hotel is very convenient for the ferry point, bus terminus, coastal walks, shopping and banks etc but isn't in a noisy area. The hotel was ideal for our purpose and will use again if overnighting in Guernsey.

Excellent choice
This is a small boutique hotel right in the centre of St Peterport. Our roomwas very comfortable, clean and well set up. Staff were excellent and th breakfast very good. Food in the attached gastropub was excellent too. There doesn’t seem to be an elevator and our third floor room was up some twisty stairs so bear that in mind if that’s an issue.

In the heart of the city-close to everything!
It was a wonderful quiet property connected to a great restaurant/pub called 'The Pickled Pig'. We took the bus from the airport, walked a couple blocks and enjoyed the evening. It is close to the port for a ferry ride to Sark. The breakfast was partially cook to order and lovely. Truly a wonderful stay.

Excellent location Difficult to find when driving due to one way system and lack of signs

Location location
The hotel room was very clean although we did have a few resident ants in the bathroom. The breakfasts and evening meals were lovely. The only thing we were not to happy about was the view. I know all the rooms look out onto the courtyard and car park but number 39 had a fence screening you of from the outdoor seating and smoking area. But you could still smell cigarette smoke and the painters used the hose to clean their buckets which was splashing up against our bedroom window. The location compensated for the few minor issues.

Usually good but not this time...
I have stayed here a number of times and always enjoyed it but this time the room, although good value, was not as good. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.
