We really enjoyed our stay here! We chose the half-board option, and both the food and drinks were excellent. The beach was absolutely amazing as well, which made the experience even better. The only area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the plates and glasses during breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, we noticed that some of them were not as clean as they should have been. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel. With a little more attention to the cleanliness of the tableware, the experience would be even better

El hotel es precioso. El problema es que para realizar el checking tuvimos que esperar una hora. Cuatro mostradores y en algunos dos personas y el servicio iba extremadamente lento. Por otro lado para el desayuno (que era de 7.30 a 11h tuvimos que esperar 50 minutos para poder entrar y eso que bajamos a las 10. La respuesta fue que debíamos haber bajado antes, respuesta inadecuada teniendo en cuenta que uno va a descansar y si el desayuno es de 7.30 a 11 deben atenderte en ese horarios. Les faltó personal y el lugar del desayuno era un caos. Muchas mesas vacías y gente de pie en la cola esperando para entrar. Perdimos mucho tiempo en estas cosas.
