AC PROBLEM
I have informed the property that we'll be arriving late...but then when I reach the hotel my booking was cancelled..and hotel have offered ne the same rate online..also the AC in the room given is terrible, it doesnt get cold and in the middle of the night (5:00 morning) we transferred room....

Dishonest staff
We always choose non smoking room but still giving me smelly smoking room. And their excuse is they cannot stop other customer to smokr in non smoking rooms. I forgot my watch in hotel and didn't get it back. I clearly remember when i left it. But they have dishonest staff who took it.
