"This hotel is at the top of a hill in a medieval village. It is absolutely stunning. Visitors should note that you may have to walk a bit to get there, and there are a lot of stairs in the hotel. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. For example, after our airline switched our flight to a very early one, the staff arranged a taxi to pick us up at 4:00 a.m. for the trip to the airport. There is also a restaurant on site with delicious food and amazing views."

"Great sea view room, lovely cultural decor, lovely staff. We felt very welcome. No amenities like a kettle or a microwave. Some basic amenities would be nice but that's personal preference."

"Unsafe and very poorly managed. Arrived after check-in to find the property not ready, then were given keys to an occupied room and walked in on other guests. Our own keys were left openly accessible with our name and room number visible. Felt extremely unsafe, especially travelling with children. Property later admitted fault but denied everything through customer support. Would not recommend."
