What an amazing find - Ypres was always a pleasurable place to visit but now i have found this superb hotel, it is now just so much better. Elodie was a superb host and made the stay even more memorable. Nothing was too much and i thank you again for your thorough and pleasant manner.

Great quaint stay. Superb hostess
Unbelievable, dedicated and passionate hotel lady, Eloodie ( I hope Not to screw up the spelling) is just the best. Assisted with directions, suggestions offered lovely hospitality drink. This you would think is more than enough but you get up for breakfast and you find she has a whole other level. Belgium waffles, cooked eggs etc, the cereal selection, the fresh fruit I can go on. She is a good promoter of local beers, reastaurants and delicacies. The only slight I would mention we like a little firmer bed & the a/c was working hard with 35 degree temps. That said we had a great sleep somaybe the bed was not such an issue. Ypres may be off the beaten path, but it is definitely a place we will make an effort to enjoy again. Just a great stay and the biggest part was Eloodie.

Lovely little hotel, very comfortable, central location, free minibar! Great hostess and excellent breakfast (no other meals served). Poor sterling/euro rate means its not cheap but a great place to stay.

Exquisite little boutique hotel 5*'s
Amazing boutique hotel, a stones throw from centre of town and the Menin Gateect. Elodie the owner was a delight, and the service was fantastic. Her breakfasts are wonderful, do try the eggs with truffle! The rooms a a bit special, decorated to a high standard, and every comfort is afforded, including tea/coffee/wine and a mini bar all complementary. The beds were so comfy, I could have stayed there all day, but if you do venture out, then town is just a short walk away. If small hotels had stars, then this would be a five. Only one caution (for info) there is no lift, so if you have any medical issues or problems with stairs, you might want to go for a ground floor room.

Great in-town location, breakfast was superb. I have never checked into a hotel before where the innkeeper offered a choice of local beer while explaining the sights in this wonderful town. This stay was simply wonderful!!!

Incredible hospitality in a storybook setting. Elodie was a wonderful host, providing us with welcome drinks, and the best meal we had in Belgium at breakfast. However, leave your heavy luggage behind!

Super quiet hotel. easy to walk to town center.
Our visit to Ypres was very special as we were visiting the grave of my Great Uncle, who died 100 years ago on the 22nd October 1917. Also laid flowers during the ceremony at the Menin Gate in the evening. A very friendly caring town.

Quite delightful.
This was quite simply one of the best hotel experiences ever. The welcome, the decor, the food - all excellent. Wait there's more the owner stocks the mini and it's all free (already included in the price). So we finished each hard day exploring with a perfect Trappist night cap.
