The best thing was the spectacular view from our room of the sea and far off mainland, we could sit in bed looking out, which was wonderful! Our jungle room was large and modern with its own lovely semi private balconies surrounded by forest. All of which was perfect! Unfortunately there were a few down sides. When we booked via Hotels.com breakfast was included within the price, but once booked we were informed it wasn't. Tried contacting the hotel and Hotels.com numerous times with no response. At the time the restaurant and bar were closed and there are no alternatives available for breakfast or for an evening meal without a long walk up a very steep hill, or drive. Not ideal for a relaxing holiday. Whilst the room was very nice, there was no way of turning lights off or on when in bed, which meant the need for a torch when going to bed. The area seemed to have a lot of building works going on around the rooms, together with a noisy pool motor was again not ideal. Gustavo the owner was extremely helpful and most welcoming.
Overall we had a most pleasant stay.
