"The room was very clean and big. We loved the double bathrooms that it is very convenience for family. The staff were very helpful to clean my room and provide the stuff we need. The hotel location was also super good. There were lots of restaurants and shopping around."

"The property is still under construction. There was some confusion with the front desk staff with instructions on how to get to the room when the elevators were under construction. You would think the front desk staff would be able to give clear instructions based on the construction situation. Many of the amenities at the hotel are not available, however they still charge the full resort fee."

"Everything was good the room was great but when we wanted to check in they didn’t had a staff member they made us wait for a lot nd then we waited for 1 am nd we had to checkout next day at 11am the experience with Expedia customer service was really great they helped us a lot"

"Ridge Sierra apart/hotel was exactly as described. It's an apartment operated like a hotel. Located on the back side of Tahoe, it doesn't offer lake views, but the sweeping valley view was impressive. It was a perfect fit for our group of six and the 11:00 a.m. checkout gave us plenty of time for a leisurely morning and breakfast with our four teens. There are a few quirks worth mentioning. The road to Ridge Sierra follows a large one-way loop that felt longer than necessary, and the video check-in process is unusual but it worked smoothly. About an hour after we settled in, staff called our apartment to make sure everything met our needs, which was a nice touch. The apartment itself was comfortable with lots of wood panelling. We cooked dinner and breakfast in the kitchen and it was stocked with everything we needed. It had exactly 6 plates and 6 bowls, so be prepared to wash the dinner dishes. While there are a few minor quirks, we'd happily stay here again."
