Customer service is simply outstanding. Everyone, and I mean everyone, including Franklin the guard, strive on making one’s stay a comfortable one. The rooms are no frills, but perfectly clean. The food is simple, healthy and delicious. The gardens are beautiful and Antigua’s weather is perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and colonial as expected in Antigua. Some staff follow you around to make sure you’re not bringing more people in the rooms? Also as we left the parking lot an employee was checking to see what we were packing in our car? Dinner Food at their restaurant was served very cold. The waitress got upset when we asked her to please warm it up for us. Very disappointed, won’t be staying there again.
